I'm gonna fucking kill him. Right after we save him.
I got a question - He bit Pam but he didn't turn her Strigoi and he didn't kill her. If he's soulless, why not?

So that complicates things.
I don't believe I've ever heard of a Strigoi who didn't turn or kill for fun. The compulsion is too strong. Maybe it's because he was interrupted or she bested him?
